Meet Your Guide. Plan Your Trip. Fish With Confidence.

About Your Guide

I was born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest, and I’ve spent my entire life on these rivers. I grew up in Sellwood, Oregon, and started fishing when I was about six years old. From a young age, I was hooked. Whether it was waiting all year for the creek near my house to be stocked with trout or heading out with my dad to bottom fish off the jetty in Garibaldi, fishing has always been part of my life.

I grew up chasing Sturgeon on the Willamette River and fly fishing the Deschutes for steelhead. Over the years, I realized not only was I pretty good at it, but I truly loved seeing others light up when they caught their first salmon or steelhead. That feeling, the high-fives, the excitement, the stories is what keeps me going.

In 2023, I decided to make it official and earned my U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License. I’m also CPR certified, and I’ve made it my mission to run safe, enjoyable, and highly productive trips for anglers of all skill levels. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned fisherman, my goal is always the same: put you on fish, share what I’ve learned over 45 years on the water, and help you create a memory worth talking about.

Where I Fish

I guide on the Columbia River and all of its tributaries, the Willamette River, and a number of North Coast rivers including:

  • The Wilson
  • The Trask
  • The Nestucca
  • The Siletz

If there are fish to be found, I’ll be there.

I offer both half-day and full-day guided fishing trips, with a two-person minimum for full days and a three-person minimum for half days.

Your lunch, drinks, and snacks for the day

A cooler to take your fish home

I’ll provide the gear, bait, and boat. All you need to do is show up ready to fish.
